Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 introduces removability and replaceability obligations for products incorporating portable batteries from 18 February 2027. Applicability, replacement method, safety information, spare-battery support and any exemption still need to be checked against the exact product.

Does every rechargeable LED light need an end-user-replaceable battery?
The requirement depends on the battery, product category, intended use and applicable exceptions. We review the exact product before making a compliance statement.
Can an existing light be modified instead of starting a new mould?
Sometimes. We first check whether the compartment, internal space and housing can support the change safely. New tooling is recommended only when needed.
Can you develop work lights, table lamps and solar lights?

Do you provide certification?
We coordinate relevant testing and documentation with the selected factory and qualified laboratories. Scope is confirmed for the final configuration and destination market.
